According to reports, actress Eliza Dushku ("Dollhouse") will play the female lead in the upcoming TNT drama pilot "Bird Dog", to be produced by Warner Horizon.Premise of "Bird Dog" follows a father and daughter cop team.
Written/directed by Mike Robe, "Bird Dog" will star Dushku as 'Gail McGrath' who followed in her father's footsteps to become a police officer. When her estranged Dad, a tough New York City cop shows up at her door in the Pacific Northwest, they decide to team up under the code-name 'Bird Dog'.
