The new 'dream sequence' music video "Who Owns My Heart?" by 17-year old singer Miley Cyrus has come under 'scrutiny' from the US-based 'Parents Television Council', for being too sexual.
The fairly tame dance video supports Cyrus' second single "Who Owns My Heart?", from her newest LP "Can't Be Tamed".
"I'm a completely different person now", said the former pre-teen "Hannah Montana" actor/singer.
