Playboy Busts Out With A 3D Centerfold

Playboy Magazine has jacked up the stakes in the men's porno magazine war with their June edition equipped with a red/blue 3-D glasses insert.

"Most people would like to see a naked lady in 3D", said magazine founder Hugh M. Hefner.

Playboy Magazine circulation has recently fallen from 3.5 million to 1.5 million since 2006.

"Its kind of neat," Playboy spokeswoman Theresa Hennessey said of the 3D image of 2010 'Playmate of the Year' Hope Dworacyzk.

"We're constantly trying to do new creative, innovative things to engage our readers."

Playboy's first 3D centrefold comes six months after the magazine ran an editorial showcasing creator Matt Groening's blue-haired 'Marge Simpson' from the animated Fox TV series.
