"Sex and the City 2" is the upcoming sequel to the 2008 "Sex and the City" feature, spinning-off from the HBO TV series. 
Budgeted at $65 million, the first film grossed $152,647,258 domestic and $262,605,528 foreign for a worldwide total of $415,252,786.All four lead stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and Kim Cattrall return in the sequel, as well as Chris Noth reprising his role as 'Mr. Big', Evan Handler as 'Harry Goldenblatt', David Eigenberg as 'Steve Brady' and Mario Cantone as 'Anthony Marentino'.
Michael Patrick King writes/directs again, with Patricia Field in charge of costumes and wardrobe.
Oscar winner Penelope Cruz plays 'Lydia', the mistress of Mr. Big, with Liza Minnelli, Barbra Streisand and Miley Cyrus appearing in cameos.The film is scheduled for release May 28, 2010.
