"Leap Year" is a new romantic comedy directed by Anand Tucker, starring Amy Adams and Matthew Goode.
Adams plays 'Anna' who travels to Dublin, Ireland to propose to her boyfriend 'Jeremy' (Adam Scott) on February 29, 'leap day'. According to Irish legend a man who is proposed to on a leap day must accept.
"...While midflight to Dublin, there is a storm and the plane is diverted to Cardiff, where Anna enlists the help of Irish innkeeper 'Declan' (Matthew Goode), to hekp her make the unexpected cross-country trek across land and water to pull off the perfect proposal in time...but will Anna change her mind along the way?..."
