Ritchie Hunts Down DC's "Lobo"...

Guy "Snatch" Ritchie has signed a deal to direct "Lobo", a live action adaptation of the DC Comics series following an alien 'interstellar bounty hunter'.

Screenplay is by Don Payne for Silver Pictures and Weed Road.

Debuting in DC Comics' "Omega Men" #3 (June 1983), created by Roger Slifer and Keith Giffen, the 'Lobo' character is an interstellar mercenary that was revamped for a new series of comic books in the 1990's.

In the upcoming film, Lobo will appear as a 2.1-metre, blue-skinned, anti-hero who drives a motorcycle, landing on Earth in search of four fugitives.
