Bond and Wolverine On Broadway...

As we first reported in May, actors Daniel "James Bond" Craig and Hugh "Wolverine" Jackman will star in the monologue-based Broadway production of playwright Keith Huff's "A Steady Rain," opening at New York's Schoenfeld Theater in September for a 12-week run.

Director is John "The Pillowman" Crowley.

Premise of the show follows two Chicago cops whose friendship is threatend by a a domestic dispute.

Jackman last appeared on Broadway in the 2003 musical "The Boy From Oz," earning the "Wolverine" star a Tony Award.

Craig's London, UK stage credits include "A Number" and "Angels in America."

Producing team of "Rain" is led by Federick Zollo, with Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, producers of EON's "James Bond" movie franchise, currently starring Craig.
