The British Board of Film Classification said in its annual report, that Brit actress Dame Judi Dench continues to garner numerous complaints for her swearing on screen."Almost every time Dame Judi swears in a film, regardless of its category, we can expect a number of complaints," said the BBFC, the body that certifies films, DVDs and games in Britain.
Viewers have complained regularly about Dame Judi's 'dirty mouth', while playing characters in the films "Quantum of Solace", "Mrs. Henderson Presents" and "Notes on a Scandal".
The BBFC said viewers "don't think it's appropriate for her to swear", updating its guidelines after consulting 8,700 filmgoers, while vetting feature films for issues of race, gender, sexuality, disability prejudice, violence, swearing and sexual context...
