Tony "Domino" Scott directs Columbia Pictures remake of the 1974 feature "The Taking Of Pelham 123", focusing on a New York City transit cop 'Lt. Zachary Garber' (Denzel Washington) who is forced to match wits against a group of ruthless hijackers lead by 'Ryder' (John Travolta) that take over a crowded subway train for ransom.
The action thriller will be released July 24, 2009...
