'Scarlett' was the first female action figure in the "G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero" toy line and is also the only member of the original team to see action in cartoon, comic and Paramount's upcoming big screen movie incarnation, "G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra". 
As played by actress Rachel Nichols, Scarlett's real name is 'Shana M. O'Hara', born in Atlanta, Georgia, adept with standard weapons including a crossbow that fires specialized function bolts.
Scarlett's rank is 'Master Sergeant', with a specialty in counter intelligence, martial arts and acrobatics.
As Scarlett would say "Beauty may be skin deep, but lethal is to the bone..."
