DreamWorks Jilts Universal For Disney...

According to reports, DreamWorks is looking to find another distribution partner to replace Universal Pictures, which previously negotiated a deal with the Steven Spielberg-led film studio 4 months ago.

Universal has been trying to renegotiate and save the deal, but DreamWorks was forced to 'modify' terms after failing to raise money to match $500 million invested by Mumbai-based Reliance Big Entertainment.

Headed by Spielberg and Stacey Snider, DreamWorks is now close to inking a deal with Disney, which would help the company raise funding.
