Director Sylvain "Stomp the Yard" White is in final negotiations to helm "The Losers," adapting the DC-Vertigo comic book into a feature film.Written by Andy Diggle and drawn by 'Jock', the updated series was based on a 1970's DC comic book team of WW II soldiers.
The update follows a squad of special forces soldiers who declare war on the government after their Agency handler tries to assassinate them.
The group consists of 'Clay', the leader, referred to as 'the Colonel', 'Roque, second-in-command, motivated solely by money, 'Jensen', the hacker, 'Cougar', the sniper, 'Pooch', the pilot, and 'Aisha', reconnaissance.
Other characters include 'Max', wielding extensive influence over various governmental and military institutions and 'Marvin Stegler', relegated to desk work...
