Colulumbia Pictures has acquired film rights to the Dynamite graphic novel "The Boys" for a feature adaptation. Producer is Neal H. Moritz and Sony-based Original Film.Created by Garth "The Preacher" Ennis and Darick Robertson, the series follows a CIA squad aka 'the boys', who keep watch on the 'proliferation of superheroes'.
"The boys are there to make sure that people with superhuman powers don't get out of line", said Moritz.
Kickstart Comic Art studio's Jason Netter and NightSky Entertainment's Ken F. Levin will co-produce with Ori Marmur as executive producer...
