Cosmopolitan TV (aka CosmoTV) , a new Canadian English language digital channel will broadcast programs aimed at women ages 18-34, debuting February 14, 2008.
The channel will air a mix of entertainment, lifestyle programming, ranging from comedy, drama series to relationship and self-help reality programming about sex, dating amd fashion.
