Director Guillermo "Pan's Labyrinth" del Toro has joined the Rogue Pictures re-make of "The Changeling" as a producer.The original, Canadian-shot 1979 feature starred actor George "Patton" C. Scott as a man being haunted in his new mansion home.
Screenplay for the re-make is by Dave "The Invasion" Kajganich.
In European folklore a 'changeling' is believed to be the offspring of a fairy, troll, elf or other legendary creature that has been secretly left in the place of a human child.
