"The Weight" and "Regenesis"

Movie Central and The Movie Network will air "The Weight", an upcoming pay-TV, eight-part series that follows two criminal cops, created/written by George F. Walker and Dani Romain of "This Is Wonderland" fame. The Nightingale Company is producing the show, that begins shooting in Toronto, mid-August, targeting a spring/summer 2008 launch.

Also filming in Toronto this summer is season four of Shaftesbury Films' TV series "ReGenesis", shooting 13 new episodes, starring actors Peter Outerbridge and Wendy Crewson.

"ReGenesis" has been sold to more than 110 countries.
