
Arriving into the chaos of mid-60's New York, she met artist Andy Warhol who invited her into the world of 'The Factory', a former downtown hat factory transformed into a bohemian paradise, where musicians, poets, artists, actors and misfits gathered to create avant-garde movies during the day and get stoned and have sex all night.
Edie ascends to become the star of Warhol’s movies, an idol at The Factory and a media darling, falling in love with a larger-than-life musician.
But when she becomes caught between Warhol’s world and her new love, she winds up being rejected by both.
