Ranking among great films depicting World War II, is the 1977 wide-screen, epic action feature “A Bridge Too Far”, directed by Richard Attenborough, based on the book by historian Cornelius Ryan, filmed on location in the Netherlands, starring an ensemble cast with Anthony Hopkins, Michael Caine, Sean Connery, James Caan, Edward Fox, Gene Hackman, Robert Redford, Dirk Bogarde, Laurence Olivier and Ryan O’Neal, now streaming for free on Tubi:
