The new FX TV pilot "Mayans MC", from "Sons Of Anarchy" creator Kurt Sutter, is into its second week of Los Angeles shooting, directed by Sutter from a script from Sutter and Elgin James:
"...'Mayans MC' follows 'EZ Reyes', a 'prospect' member for the Mayan motorcycle club's charter 'Santo Padre' on the California-Mexico border. EZ struggles with his desire for vengeance against the local cartel and his need for the women in his life to respect him..."
The Mayans previously appeared on "Sons Of Anarchy", controlling northern California and Nevada, with the President of their Oakland chapter, 'Marcus Alvarez', running two heroin factories.
