"Straw Dogs": Don't Let Them In- September 16, 2011

Sneak Peek actress Kate Bosworth as the character 'Amy' in the rebooted version of director Sam Peckinpah's 1971 feature "Straw Dogs", co-starring James Marsden.

The new film, set in the US, was written, directed and produced by Rod Lurie, based on the novel "The Siege of Trencher's Farm" by author Gordon M. Williams :

"...film screenwriter 'David Sumner' (Marsden) moves with his wife 'Amy' (Bosworth) to her hometown in the US deep South. Once there, tensions build in their marriage and old conflicts re-emerge with the locals, leading to a violent confrontation."

Fulfill Your "X-Men: Destiny"

From BigGameHunter, Sneak Peek new screenshots from "X-Men: Destiny", the upcoming video game, developed by Silicon Knights, for publisher Activision, scheduled to be released in North America, September 27, 2011.

The branching storyline is written by Marvel Comics' Mike Carey, allowing players ultimate control over their character's destiny :

"...players control the fate of one of three brand-new mutant characters forced to choose between saving humanity or ensuring its destruction, customizing the path, powers and development of their character.

"Players can also decide their role in the mutant cause alongside, or against, some of Marvel’s greatest 'X-Men' franchise characters, including 'Magneto', 'Cyclops', 'Wolverine' and 'Gambit'.

"Gamers will evolve their mutant skills in unique ways and engage in fast and furious combat, spectacular combo-driven attacks and rewarding finishing moves against a variety of opponents bent on defending their beliefs..."
